IAY / PMAYG Beneficiary & SECC Family Member Details 2023

The government has released the details of beneficiaries of Indira Awas Yojana (IAY) and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G). Subsequently, people can check their details in the IAY / PMAYG beneficiary list 2023.

As per my understanding, the beneficiary under PMAYG includes the families registered under SECC-2011 data under the low income group or below poverty line.

The age group of beneficiaries will be 0-60 years and above 60 years. If you are SecC family member, please register yourself through this portal as the beneficiary.

This page will allow you to find all the details of beneficiaries who are received by PMAYG. You can also see details of your SECC / PMAYG family members under PMAYG.

Now beneficiaries can check their details in the IAY / PMAYG list and also check the details of SECC Family Members.

FAQ

Q. How are the beneficiaries included on the PMAY list created?

Ans. The Uttar Pradesh old age pension scheme has two lists of beneficiaries. The BPL list is used for selecting the deserving beneficiaries. The PMAY (Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme) list is created using information from the 2011 Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC). The state, the UT administration, the gram panchayats, and the tehsils all contribute what is required to the process.

The BPL list is created based on information from the 2011 Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC), which surveyed households across India on their socio-economic status.

Q. Is the PM Awas Yojana list of Beneficiaries Shortlisted by the Center or state governments?

Ans. Yes, the list of beneficiaries is shortlisted by the Center and state governments. The information comes from the 2011 Socioeconomic Caste Census. Local panchayats and state and central governments provide assistance.

Q. Is the PM Awas Yojana available with a home loan?

Ans. The PM Awas Yojana is not available with a home loan. The PMAY Scheme is only available to those who do not currently own a pucca house anywhere in the nation. Therefore, the PMAY subsidy is not applicable to the current loan.

Q. How to Get a Home Loan in Rural Area Under PMAYG Scheme?

Ans. You can apply for a home loan in a rural area under the PMAYG scheme through online and offline methods. To apply online, you need to visit the official website of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, fill in your details, download the application form, print it out, and submit it at the Common Service Centre (CSC) Office and bank along with your supporting documents. You can also alternatively visit the Common Service Center directly or a bank that is listed under the PMAY scheme.

Q. How to Check my Name in PMAY Gramin List 2022?

Ans. If you have applied for the PMAY Gramin list, you can check if your name has been included in the beneficiary list by checking on the official website of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana under the option for ‘’Citizen Assessment’’ and then ‘’Track Your Assessment Status’. For more detailed steps, refer how to check PMAY list.

The process is simple and easy. First you need to enter your Aadhaar number, address and other details. Then select ‘Track My Assessment’ button and enter your mobile number and date of birth to receive an SMS on your mobile number with a link which will take you to check your status online.

Q. How to Check PMAYG Application Status?

Ans. Checking the status of your PMAYG application is very easy. You can easily do this by logging on to the official website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. You can track the status of your application either by entering your assessment ID or using your name, mobile number, and father’s name. For a better understanding, here is a step-by-step procedure for checking your PMAYG application status:

  1. Go to http://www2.mha.nic.in/apn_eip/home.jsp
  2. Enter your name and mobile number in the provided fields
  3. Click on “Find my PMAYG Application Status” button
  4. Your application will be displayed with its progress as well as status

Q. Can I Avail PMAY Subsidy on Existing Home Loan?

Ans. You can’t avail the PMAY subsidy on your existing home loan. This is because the PMAY subsidy is only available for new home loans, so if you are going to apply for a new home loan and the PMAY subsidy, you can calculate exactly how much your subsidy amount will be and how much you will save by using the PMAY subsidy calculator.

Q. What is PMAGY (Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gramin Yojana)?

Ans. PMAGY, or Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gramin Yojana, aims at providing villages with a population of 50% and above a holistic and comprehensive development program. This will be achieved through the synchronisation of state/UT and central government programs.

This will be achieved through the establishment of an integrated framework for rural development that includes:

  • a) A national level working group to coordinate the implementation of PMAGY
  • b) A monitoring mechanism to ensure that all departments are acting in tandem with each other
  • c) A monitoring mechanism to ensure that all departments are acting in tandem with each other

d) A monitoring mechanism to ensure that all departments are acting in tandem with each other

e) To ensure that the program is implemented effectively at the village level.
